We request that should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. This allows us enough time to get another client in who may be waiting for an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be responsible for 50% of the service you were scheduled for. If you do not show up at all for your appointment, you will then be responsible for 100% of the service you were scheduled for. Please note that this will need to be collected before you are rescheduled for another appointment.
